Abstract:
Bakalářská práce zaměřená na osobnost lektora v oboru andragogika bude charakterizována mnoha významnými vlastnostmi. Teoretická část se bude věnovat psychologii osobnosti, typům osobností a rozdělení na teorie osobnosti.
