Study of technological possibilities of influencing the trajectory of nanofibers

Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce je ovlivňování trajektorie letu nanovláken pomocí turbulentního proudění vytvářené elektrickým větrem z navržených zařízení. V úvodních kapitolách je popsána teorie o elektrickém a principech generování elektrického větru pomocí vysokého napětí. Dále je popsána měřící metoda PIV, která je vhodná ke zmapování aerodynamického rychlostního pole generovaného elektrickým větrem. V praktické části práce jsou uvedeny vlastní návrhy zařízení, které byly použity ve snaze využít princip elektrického větru k ovlivňování trajektorie letu nanovláken. U zařízení byla změřena rychlost a směr proudění vytvářeného turbulentního proudění. V závěru práce je navrženo, sestrojeno a změřeno zařízení, které využívá mechanický způsob vytváření turbulentního proudění k ovlivňování trajektorii letu nanovláken.

Abstract:

The aim of the diploma thesis is to influence the flight trajectory of nanofibers using the turbulent flow created by the electric wind from the designed devices. The introductory chapters describe the theory of electrospinning and the principles of generating electric wind using high voltage. Next, the PIV measurement method is described, which is suitable for mapping the aerodynamic velocity field generated by electric wind. In the practical part of the thesis, the own designs of devices are presented, which were used in an attempt to use the principle of electric wind to influence the flight trajectory of nanofibers. The speed and flow direction of the generated turbulent flow were measured at the device. At the end of the thesis, a device is designed, built and measured, which uses the mechanical method of creating turbulent flow to influence the flight trajectory of nanofibers.
