Tato diplomová práce se zabývá zjištěním změn aktivit klíčových enzymů v metabolismu thyroidních hormonů u laboratorních potkanů, v závislosti na různém farmakologickém ovlivnění pokusných zvířat. Hlavním zájmem pak bylo stanovení vlivu červeného palmového oleje, podávaného potkanům v dietě, na aktivity těchto enzymů za různého experimentálně navozeného thyroidního stavu. This thesis deals with finding changes in activities of the key enzymes of thyroid hormones metabolism in the rat, depending on different pharmacological treatments of experimental animals. The main interest was ascertainment of the effects of the administration of red palm oil in diet to the animals situated in different, experimentally adjusted thyroid statuses, on activities of these enzymes.
