Conditioning for fitness equipment use on elementary school

Abstract:

Diplomová práce s názvem "Průprava pro cvičení na nářadí na prvním stupni základních škol" je rozdělena do dvou částí - teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části se zabýváme odbornou teorií a snažíme se co nejvíce přiblížit význam pojmu gymnastika v minulém i současném pojetí, věnujeme se gymnastické průpravě a cvičení na nářadí, konkrétně tedy na švédské lavičce, žebřině, hrazdě a kruzích, a jeho působení na žáky prvního stupně základní školy. Zmiňujeme pohybové učení u žáků, jeho determinanty a fáze, které jsou potřebné pro efektivní učení. Posledním bodem je charakteristika věkového období na prvním stupni základní školy, kterým je mladší školní věk. Praktická část je zaměřena na vytvoření zásobníku gymnastických průpravných cvičení na nářadí, která jsou zaměřena na průpravu pro švédskou lavičku, žebřinu, hrazdu a kruhy. Všechny cviky byly vyzkoušeny na základní škole Antonína Baráka v Lovosicích ve třídě 4. A a jsou doplněny fotodokumentací. Cviky byly vybrány na základě aktuální pohybové úrovně žáků, která vedla k jejich zvládnutelnosti a lze je zařadit do gymnastických hodin tělesné výchovy. Zásobník má sloužit pedagogům jako pomoc při sestavování hodin gymnastiky a ukázat jim, že je to pro žáky příznivé po stránce fyzické a zároveň je to pro ně zpestření i výzva, která jim umožňuje vytvoření nových a překonatelných cílů v hodinách tělesné výchovy.

Abstract:

The title of this thesis is "Training of the exercise on sport equipment for primary school" and it is divided in two parts - theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part we deal with professional theory and we try to get closer to the term "gymnastics" in the past and in the future conception, we deal with gymnastic training and the exercise with sport equipment - concretely the swedish bench, wall bars, horizontal bar, sport rings and its impact on students of an elementary school. We mention physical memorizing of students, its determinants and stages that are important for effective learning. The last part is oriented on the characteristic of the age on the elementary school - it means younger school age. The practical part is focused on creating the inventory of the gymnastic training exercises on sport equipment. These exercises are focused on a swedish bench, wall bars, horizontal bar and sport rings. All of these exerciseswere tested on the primary school of Antonin Barak in Lovosice, the class 4. A. There is also a photo material from this class. The exercises were chosen by the feasibility and we can use them during the gymnastic physical training. This inventory is supposed to serve as an exemple for teachers drawing up gymnastic lessons and also show them that it is very favourable for students. It is also a type of diversification and a challenge that helps them to create new goals in their phisycal trainings. Goals that are achievable.
