SrTiO\dindex{3} pigments doped with cobalt ions

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá přípravou perovskitových pigmentů typu SrTiO\dindex{3}, kde byly jak ionty stroncia, tak titanu substituovány ionty kobaltu. Stroncium bylo nahrazeno kobaltem v koncentračním intervalu 0,05 až 0,5 a titan 0,1 až 0,9. Sloučeniny byly syntetizovány reakcemi v pevné fázi podpořenými mechanoaktivací. Byl vyhodnocen vliv rozsahu substituce a teploty výpalu na fázové složení, termickou stabilitu, distribuci velikosti části a pigmentově aplikační vlastnosti připravených prášků.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with the preparation of perovskite pigments of SrTiO\dindex{3} type, where both strontium and titanium ions were substituted with cobalt ions. Strontium was substituted with cobalt in the concentration intervals of 0.05 to 0.5 and titanium in 0.1 to 0.9. Compounds were synthesized by solid state reaction supported by mechanical activation. Influences of the range of substitution and the temperature of calcination over phase composition, thermal stability, particle size distribution and pigment application properties of the prepared powders were evaluated.
