Sale of financial products in branches of Czech Post.
Abstract:
Cílem práce je popsat historii České pošty, nabízené produkty, prodej na přepážkách. V praktické části budou zhodnoceni zaměstnanci České pošty na základě Mystery shoppingu. Po vyplnění dotazníku zjistíme, kolik školení zaměstnanci mají a v jaké kvalitě jsou poskytované informace.
Abstract:
The aim of my thesis is to describe the history of the Czech Post, offered products and sale over the counter. In the practical part employees of the Czech Post will be assessed based on Mystery shopping. After completing of the questionnaire, we find out what volume of training staff have and what is the quality of information provided.
