The Scoliosis in Children´s Age

Abstract:

Tématem pro tuto bakalářskou práci je Skolióza v dětském věku. V úvodu je nastíněna daná problematika týkající se tohoto tématu. Souhrn teoretických poznatků je rozdělen do dvou částí, do části obecné a speciální. Část obecná zahrnuje anatomii týkající se tématu a úvod do problematiky skoliózy. Dále následují vyšetřovací metody u skolióz, vyšetření statické a dynamické.V části speciální jsou uvedeny dostupné možnosti léčby skoliózy. Dále terapie jak pro děti tak pro dospělé pacienty včetně korzetoterapie a operační léčby.Hlavní část je zaměřena na popis konkrétního případu a zpracování dat formou kazuistiky. Tato část zahrnuje anamnézu, vstupní kineziologický rozbor, krátkodobý rehabilitační plán, konkrétní realizaci tohoto plánu během jednotlivých návštěv pacienta, dále výstupní kineziologický rozbor a dlouhodobý rehabilitační plán. V závěru je celkově zhodnocena rehabilitace a spolupráce s pacientem.Jako dodatek jsou uvedeny obrazové přílohy a použitá literatura.

Abstract:

Scoliosis in childhood was chosen as the topic of this bachelor study. In introduction the summary of the above study was presented. The summary of the theoretical part of this study was devided into two parts: 1)general part and 2)special. The general part includes anatomy related to the topic and introduction to scoliosis disease, followed by scoliosis examination methods, static and dynamic examinations.In the special part contemporary possibilities of theatment of scoliosis were described for children and adults, including conservative treatment with use of bracing and surgical treatment.The main part of this study is concentrated mainly on analyzing data collected from a case report. These data comprise anamnesis, admitted kineziologic analysis, short-term rehabilitation plan, specific realization of this plan during each recall-visit of the patient and finaly kineziologic result analysis and long-term rehabilitation were evaluated.Subsequently photo-documentacion and studies in literature that the above thesis reserred were attached to the above thesis.
