Abstract:
Vlna P3 je evokovaný potenciál, který můžeme zaznamenat za pomoci EEG. Tato vlna může být vyvolána vizuálním nebo sluchovým stimulem. Typicky ji lze rozpoznat s latencí kolem 300 - 500 ms. Tato práce se zabývá experimentem, který evokuje potenciál P3. Z experimentu byla získána data. Ta byla upravována, průměrována a následně vyhodnocena. Abstract:
The P3 is event-related brain potential (ERP), which we can measure by EEG. This wave can be evoked by stimulus. For example by visual or auditory stimulus. Typically, it can be observed with latency around 300 - 500 ms. This thesis deals with experiment design which evocates P3 wave. The data were obtained from this experiment.
