Abstract:
Diplomová práce zpracovává návrh svařence ozubeného kola jako náhradu za stávající řešení v podobě odlitku pro lis LMZ 4000 od firmy Šmeral Brno a.s. Kromě konstrukčního návrhu je navržena i technologie výroby, a to od návrhu výroby jednotlivých dílů až po návrh technologie svařování.
Abstract:
The diploma thesis deals with the design of a welded gear as a replacement for the existing casted gear for the LMZ 4000 press from Šmeral Brno a.s. In addition to the structural design, the production technology is also pro posed - from the design of production of individual parts to the design of welding technology.
