Bakalářská práce Ochrana duševního vlastnictví při dovozu do EU v první části mapuje současnou úpravu práva ochrany duševního vlastnictví. Shrnuje aspekty, které obsahuje Dohoda TRIPS, jejímž signatářem je i Evropská unie a její státy, a ve druhé části mapuje prováděcí nařízení, která EU přijala, a jejich vývoj. Abstract:
The Bachelor`s thesis Intellectual Property Protection concerning imported Goods into EU maps the contemporary state of the laws concerning the Intellectual Property Rights. It sums up the aspects of the TRIPS Agreement, which is signed also by the EU and it`s member states, and in the second part, the thesis maps the implementing regulations which EU adopted and their evolution.
