The sedentary job from physiotherapist's point of view

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce zpracovává problematiku sedavého zaměstnání z pohledu fyzioterapeuta. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na obecnou problematiku dlouhodobého statického sezení, základní parametry optimálního uzpůsobení pracoviště z hlediska ergonomie, jednotlivé typy sedu včetně těch alternativních a popis důsledků dlouhodobého sezení na lidský organizmus. V praktické části je uvedena analýza zkoumaného souboru klientů a jejich pracoviště. Cílem této práce je na základě zjištěných informací provést reedukaci klientů na téma problematiky dlouhodobého sezení a navrhnout vhodný soubor kompenzačních cvičení.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of sedentary job from the physiotherapists point of view. The theoretical part focuses on the general issue of long-term static sitting, basic parameters of optimal adaptation of the workplace in terms of ergonomics, individual types of seating positions including alternatives and description of impact of long-term sitting on the human organism. The practical part presents the analysis of the examined set of clients and their workplaces. The aim of this work is to re-educate clients within the issue of long-term sitting and to propose a suitable set of compensatory exercises.
