Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou vybraných aspektů pracovněprávní regulace zaměstnanců drážní dopravy, zejména pracovní dobou a dobou odpočinku. The diploma thesis deals with the problematics of selected issues regarding legal regulation of employment relationships in rail transport, specifically with the working hours and rest periods.
