Study of Lithium Borophosphate Glasses Doped by NiO

Abstract:

Byla připravena skla kompoziční řady Li2O-NiO-B2O3-P2O5 v molárních směsích (0,5-x)Li2O-xNiO-0,1B2O3-0,4P2O5. U skel byly zjišťovány jejich základní fyzikálně chemické vlastnosti (molární objem, chemická odolnost, index lomu) v závislosti na obsahu NiO. Termické vlastnosti skel byly studovány pomocí DSC, TM a HMTA. Z DSC, TM a HMTA křivek byly získány základní parametry charakterizující jejich termické chování (teploty skelné transformace, krystalizační teploty, teploty tečení atd.) Struktura krystalických fází vzniklých izotermní temperací vzorku byla studována pomocí RTG difrakční analýzy.

Abstract:

The glasses of composition series Li2O-NiO-B2O3-P2O5 were prepared in molar mixtures (0.5-x)Li2O-xNiO-0.1B2O3-0.4P2O5. There were tested their basic physic-chemical attributes (molar volume, chemical resistance, refractive index) depending on the content of NiO. The thermal attributes of the glasses were studied by DSC, TM and HMTA. From the DSC TM and HMTA curves were obtained the basic parameters characterizing the thermal manners (temperature of glass transition, crystallization temperatures, float temperature etc.). The structure of the crystalline phase resulting from the isothermal tempering of the sample was studied by X-ray diffraction analysis.
