Abstract:
Práce je zaměřená na právní úpravu darování. Zprvu je nastíněn krátký sociologický exkurz, který má vysvětlit důvody darování mezi lidmi. V další části bude čtenář seznámen s právním vývojem darování na našem území, s krátkým objasněním významu darování v římském právu. The work is focused on the regulation of donation. At first outlines the sociological short excursion to explain the reasons for donation between people.
