Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou secese jak v teoretické, tak praktické rovině. Cílem práce bylo zjistit, zda a za jakých podmínek umožňuje remediální teorie práva na secesi Allena Buchanana provincii Quebek vystoupení z kanadské federace. Na základě zjištěných informací Quebek nemá jednostranné právo vystoupit z federace. Teoreticky by se Quebek mohl stát suverénním státem v případě, …more
Abstract:
This bachelor's thesis applies to issues of secession on both theoretical and practical levels. The aim of this thesis has been to find out whether and under which conditions Allen Buchanan's Remedial right theory only entitles the province of Quebec to secede from Canadian federation.
