Diplomová práce se zabývá významem pojmu veřejný zájem z pohledu soudní praxe. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. Teoretická část je věnována rozboru významu pojmu veřejný zájem obecně a následně jak je vymezen v právních dokumentech. The thesis deals with the importance of the concept of public interest in terms of judicial practice. The work is divided into two parts. The theoretical part is devoted to analysis of the meaning of the term public interest in general and afterwards to its definition in legal documents.
