Achilles Tendon Tendinopathy, Formation of Heel Spur and Barefoot Effect

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá patní ostruhou, možnostmi terapie včetně problematiky barefoot a jeho vlivu na patní ostruhu a souvislostí mezi zánětem Achillovy šlachy a vznikem patní ostruhy. Teoretická část zahrnuje anatomii a vlastnosti šlachy včetně vlastností Achillovy šlachy a přiblížení problematiky patní ostruhy a její terapie a barefoot. Praktická část obsahuje dotazníkové šetření zkoumající výše zmíněná témata i s nimi souvisejícími problémy a kazuistiku pacienta trpícího patní ostruhou.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with a heel spurs, options of treatment including barefoot and its effect on the heel spur and the relationship between an Achilles tendonitis and the formation of the heel spur. The theoretical part contains the anatomy and properties of the tendon including the properties of the Achilles tendon and an approach to the issue of the heel spur and its therapy and the barefoot. The practical part contains a questionnaire survey examining the above-mentioned topics with related problems and a case history of a patient suffering from the heel spur.
