Tématem bakalářské práce je činnost úřadu práce na regionálním trhu práce z pohledu potřeb zaměstnavatelů. Potřeba získávání kvalitních zaměstnanců při současné situaci na trhu práce (rekordně nízká nezaměstnanost) je velice aktuální problematika. Abstract:
The topic of my thesis is the activity of the labour office service on the field of the labour market all from the employers' point of view. The need of recruiting new highly qualified employees is an issue, especially in the current situation of a very low level of unemployment.
