V této bakalářské práci se věnuji metylacím DNA, které nám jako epigenetická variace poskytují velké množství informací. Metylace DNA vznikají kovalentním připojením metylové skupiny na nukleovou bázi, v případě člověka na cytosin. In this thesis, I deal with DNA methylation, which, as an epigenetic variation, provides us with a large amount of information. DNA methylation is formed by the covalent connection of the methyl group to the nucleobase, related to human mainly to cytosine.
