Fluorimetry determination of DNA
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na ověření použitelnosti fluorimetrického stanovení DNA v praxi. Práce se soustřeďuje na upřesnění podmínek stanovení DNA touto metodou. Jejím výsledkem je návod na provedení stanovení obsahu DNA ve vzorku fluorimetrickou metodou.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis focuses on the verification of the applicability of fluorimetric DNA determination in practise. This thesis focuses on the specification of the conditions of determining DNA by this method. The result of the thesis is an instruction of realization of the DNA determination in the sample, using the fluorimetric method.
