Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá vlivem pohlaví a trénovanosti na forenzní hodnocení skoku a pádu z výšky. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části se pojednává o vědních oborech, kterými jsou kriminalistika, biomechanika a forenzní biomechanika, jež úzce souvisí se zkoumanou problematikou. Klíčová je praktická část, kterou tvoří samotný experimentální výzkum, jehož cílem bylo zjistit, zdali má pohlaví a trénovanost člověka vliv na forenzní hodnocení skoku a pádu z výšky.

Abstract:

Topic of this dissertation cover that how a physical training and gender influence the forensic evaluation of a jump and free fall of a human body from the certain height. This piece has been divided into a theoretical and practical part. Scientific fields such as criminology, biomechanics and forensic biomechanics are covered in the theoretical part that where the forensic biomechanics is closely linked to the evaluated topic. Experimental research that covers the influence of physical training and a gender on the forensic evaluation of a jump and a free fall of a human body from the certain height, is being highlighted in the practical part. Hence, the practical part happens to be the crucial area of focus.
