Abstract:
The thesis focuses on the positioning of patients in perioperative care and the monitoring of postoperative symptoms in women undergoing gynaecological surgery. The theoretical part of the thesis includes chapters on the most commonly used patient positions in perioperative care, a brief overview of basic surgical techniques in gynaecology, postoperative symptoms, and the role of the midwife.
