Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na analýzu společností s ručením omezeným s nízkým základním kapitálem, jejímž hlavním cílem je posouzení vztahů mezi výší základního kapitálu, teritoriální a odvětvovou strukturou a finančními ukazateli. This master´s thesis is focused on analysis of limited liability companies with low registered capital with the aim to evaluate the relation between the amount of registered capital, territorial structure, industry classification and financial indicators.
