The thesis deals with specific issues of criminal liability of medical doctors. It defines and describes institutes related to the topic, namely informed consent or medical documentation. The study also mentions problems where conflicts between patients and doctors emerge because of patient's requirements or insufficient communication during medical diagnosis and controversial issues of euthanasia …more
