Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na zjišťování spokojenosti klientů pečovatelské služby. Je rozdělena na dvě části - část teoretickou a část průzkumnou. Teoretická část se zabývá pečovatelskou službou a jejím zařazením v systému sociálních služeb, klienty pečovatelské služby a zjišťováním jejich spokojenosti s poskytovanými službami. The Bachelor thesis is focused on detection of nursing service clients´ satisfaction. It is divided into two parts - the theoretical and the research one. The theoretical part deals with nursing service and its categorization in the social service system, nursing service clients and detection of their satisfaction with the provided services.
