Práce mapuje efektivitu a účelnost klíčových rozvojových dokumentů v mikroregionech zasa-hujících do správních obvodů obcí s rozšířenou působností (SO ORP) Nové Město na Moravě a Bystřice nad Pernštejnem a navrhuje optimalizované řešení postupu tvorby strategie.
