Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na úložná zařízení, která využívají pro uchování dat paměť typu flash. Práce je rozdělena do čtyř hlavních kapitol. První kapitola je věnována vývoji pamětí flash, druhá kapitola se věnuje architektuře pamětí flash, popisuje fungování pamětí flash, typy pamětí NOR a NAND a buňky SLC, MLC a TLC. Abstract:
The bachelor thesis is focused on storage devices that use flash memory for data storage. The work is devided into four main chapters. The first chapter is devoted to the development of flash memory, the second chapter is devoted to the architecture of flash memory, describes the flash memory, memory types as NAND and NOR and cells like SLC, MLC and TLC.
