Analysis of biomedicine signals in order to perform voice disorder diagnostics
Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá objektivním a reprodukovatelným způsobem měření změn hlasu pro účely foniatrie. Zahrnuje postup použitý pro získání dat, kalibraci, extrakci příznaků a vyhodnocení. Byla vyvinuta a navržena samostatná aplikace schopná všech těchto kroků, aby splnila požadavky nemocnice, která si ji vyžádala.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with the objective and reproducible way how to measure the changes of voice for phoniatrics purposes. It includes the procedure used for obtaining the data, calibration, feature extraction and evaluation. Standalone application capable of all these steps was developed and designed in order to fulfil the requirements of the hospital that requested it.
