Tato práce popisuje politicko-ekonomická specifika východního rozšíření Evropské unie. Zkoumá vliv rozšíření na staré a nové členské země EU. Také související změny v politikách EU. V první kapitola popisuje historický vývoj spolupráce a realizace přistoupení zemí východního rozšíření. This work describes political and economical effects of The Eastern enlargement of European Union. It evaluates influence of enlargement on old and new member countries and also contextual changes in policies of EU.
