Tato práce se zabývá vlastním kapitálem v akciové společnosti a společnosti s ručením omezeným. Jedním z cílů práce je zjistit, jak je to v praxi s položkami vlastního kapitálu u kapitálových společností v porovnání s teorií. Vyhodnocení proběhlo na základě analýzy vybraných společností. This bachelor thesis deals with an equity in a public limited company and a limited liability company. One of the aims of the bachelor thesis is to find out how it is in practice with the equity in capital companies in comparison with the theory.
