Sharing Economy in the Czech Republic and its Possibilities from the Perspective of Companies

Abstract:

Diplomová práce je věnována sdílené ekonomice a možnostem jejího využití z pohledu podniků působících v České republice. V teoretické části práce je vymezen pojem sdílená ekonomika i pojmy alternativní. Klasifikovány jsou druhy sdílené ekonomy. Pojednáno je také o její regulaci. Zvláštní pozornost je věnována alternativním segmentům a formám sdílení. V praktické části práce jsou prezentovány výsledky studie mapující možnosti aplikace sdílení vybraných podniků působících v České republice a postoje manažerů těchto firem k nim. V závěru práce jsou zhodnocena a komparována primární data získaná formou polostrukturovaných rozhovorů a jsou konfrontována se sekundárními daty získaných literární rešerší.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis is devoted to the shared economy and the possibilities of its use from the view of companies operating in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part of the thesis defines the concept of shared economy and alternative concepts. The types of shared economists are classified. Its regulation is also discussed. Special attention is paid to alternative segments and forms of sharing. The practical part of the work presents the results of research mapping the possibilities of applications for sharing in selected companies operating in the Czech Republic and the attitudes of managers of these companies to them. At the end of the work, the primary data acquired by semi-structured interviews are evaluated and furthermore confronted with the secondary data obtained by literary research.
