Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje českým leteckým společnostem, jako jsou České Aerolinie, a.s. (dále jen „ČSA“) a Travel Service, a.s., které působí na Mezinárodním letišti Václava Havla v Praze. Je zaměřena na analýzu služeb. Dále se také snaží vyzdvihnout postavení a budoucnost těchto společností na českém leteckém trhu. Abstract:
This bachelor thesis is devoted to Czech airlines companies such as Czech Airlines, a.s. („CSA “) and Travel Service, a.s., both operating on Václav Havel airport in Prague. It focuses on service analysis. It also tries to promote the position and future of these companies on Czech airline market. For better lucidity there are described definitions applying to airline industry.
