Abstract:

Tato práce se zabývá přípravou keramických pigmentů na bázi SnO\dindex{2}. Zkoumá možnosti jejich syntézy za využití vhodných chromoforových složek a různých postupů jejich přípravy. Část výzkumu je zaměřena na fialové SnO\dindex{2}/Cr pigmenty s cílem posílit zastoupení modré barvy ve výsledném zbarvení zejména keramických glazur. Práškové materiály byly zkoumány nejen z hlediska jejich barevných vlastností, ale rovněž fázového složení rentgenovou difrakční analýzou, byla hodnocena velikost jejich částic a termická stabilita pigmentů. Další část výzkumu zkoumá barevné možnosti systémů Sn/Zn/Ta, zejména možnosti jejich použití jako keramických pigmentů, jejich barevné vlastnosti, granulometrické a fázové složení.

Abstract:

This work deals with the preparation of ceramic pigments on the basis of SnO\dindex{2}. It examines the possibilities of their synthesis using suitable chromophore agents and various methods of their preparation. Part of the research is focused on violet SnO\dindex{2}/Cr pigments with the aim of strengthening the blue colour appearance especially in the final colouration of ceramic glazes. Powder materials have been examined not only for their colour properties, but also in terms of phase composition by X-ray diffraction analysis, particle size distribution and thermal stability as well. Another part of the research investigates the colour options of Sn/Zn/Ta systems, especially the possibilities of their use as ceramic pigments, their colour properties and both granulometric and phase composition.
