Abstract:
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na audity v oblasti personální práce. Smyslem práce je podat výstižné informace k provádění auditů v této oblasti. Cílem práce je objasnění a rozlišení personálního auditu od auditu personální práce. Tím, že neexistují žádné metodiky auditů tohoto oboru, by se práce mohla stát metodickým návodem auditů v oblasti personální práce.

This dissertation is mainly focused on audits in the human resources field. The purpose of this dissertation is to give information how to carry out audits in that field. The main objective is to clarify and distinguish the difference between the personal audit and audit in the human resources field.
