Abstract:

Diplomová práce „Člověk, který chce pomáhat” se zaměřuje na absolventa sociální pedagogiky, jeho příběh a především na to, jak vnímá sám sebe jako sociálního pedagoga. Mapuje podněty, podle kterých si sociální pedagog hledá své zaměstnání, a hledá odpovědi na otázky týkající se jeho tematického zaměření a profesního uplatnění. Teoretická část diplomové práce vymezuje sociální pedagogiku jako interdisciplinární obor, popisuje vývoj sociálního pedagoga, jeho pole působnosti, mapuje jeho kompetence, a především se snaží vysvětlit sociálního pedagoga jako profesi, která má mezi ostatními pomáhajícími profesemi své důležité místo. Výzkumná část diplomové práce analyzuje a interpretuje vyprávění třech absolventů sociální pedagogiky, kteří se pohybují na různých pracovních pozicích, kde našli své pracovní uplatnění. Výzkum se snaží najít odpovědi na předem položené otázky týkající se profese sociálního pedagoga, jeho uplatnění, a ohledně vývoje, který je jeho každodenním chlebem.

Abstract:

Diploma thesis A Person who aims to help focuses on social pedagogy graduates, their stories, and especially their perception of themselves as social pedagogues. It conducts a survey of impulses according to which social pedagogues look for occupation and searches for answers regarding their thematic orientation and professional application. Theoretical part of the thesis characterizes social pedagogy as an interdisciplinary field, it describes the development of social pedagogues, their scope of activity, it investigates their expertise, and mainly it strives to explain social pedagogy as a calling that has a very important position among other helping professions. Research part of the thesis analyzes and interprets recounting of how three social pedagogy graduates with various work positions found their employment. The research strives to find answers to predefined questions concerning the profession of social pedagogue, their employment and everyday development.
