Diplomová práce pojednává o odpovědnosti za trestné činy pod vlivem alkoholu a jiných návykových látek. Definuje alkohol a jiné návykové látky a specifikuje jeho účinky na osobu pachatele trestného činu. Obsahuje odpovědnost za trestné činy pod vlivem těchto látek, která je vyložena v historickém kontextu a vymezuje podmínky nutné pro trestní odpovědnost. My diploma thesis deals with responsibility for crimes under alcohol and drug influence. It defines alcohol and other drugs and specifies their impact on a person as an offender of the crime. It contains responsibility for crimes under alcohol and drug influence in a historical context and defines the circumstances needed for criminal responsibility.
