Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou rekognice, konkrétně její definicí, povahou a fázemi. Je rozdělena na dvě části. Prví, teoretická část, je strukturována do šesti kapitol, které se věnují klasifikaci rekognice, právní úpravě, kriminálním zásadám, dokumentaci a provedení rekognice. Druhá část je praktická. This bachelor thesis addresses the issue of recognition, specifically its definition, nature, and phases.
