Effectiveness of home exercise in a group of educators with vertebrogenic algic syndrome

Abstract:

Vypracovaná práce zpracovává problematiku efektivity autoterapie u široké veřejnosti s bolestí bederní oblasti zad a v oblasti krční páteře. Cílem této práce je pomocí dotazníkové metody a vyšetření probandů ověřit efektivitu zadávaného cvičení ze stránky www.fyzioweb.cz. Instruktáž byla provedena formou videozáznamu s doprovodným komentářem. Pro autoterapii bylo vybráno 6 pedagogů s bolestí zad v bederní oblasti a s bolestí v oblasti krční páteře. Ti následně prováděli autoterapii po dobu tří měsíců. Po každém měsíci probíhala kontrola kvality prováděného cvičení. Z dotazníkového šetření a z výstupního vyšetření je znatelné zlepšení stavu probandů a zmírnění bolesti. Dále je ale viditelné, že bez potřebné korekce, popř. instruktáže probandů nebylo možné cvičební jednotky provádět kvalitně s vyžadovaným pozitivním efektem.

Abstract:

The elaborated work deals with the issue of the effectiveness of autotherapy in the general public with pain in the lumbar region of the back and in the cervical spine. The aim of this work is to use the questionnaire method and to examine probands to verify the effectiveness of the assigned exercise from the website www.fyzioweb.cz. The instructions were carried out in the form of a video recording with accompanying commentary. Six teachers with back pain in the lumbar region and with pain in the cervical spine were selected for the autotherapy. They then underwent autotherapy for three months. After each month, the quality of the exercise was checked. From the questionnaire survey and from the final examination, the improvement of the condition of the probands and the alleviation of pain are noticeable. However, it is also visible that without the necessary correction, or instruction of probands, it was not possible to perform the training units well with the required positive effect.
