Cílem této bakalářské práce je analyzovat a zhodnotit exportní strategii společnosti Constellium Extrusions Děčín, s. r. o. V první části jsou teoreticky vymezeny formy vstupu na zahraniční trhy, rizika související se vstupem, dále obchodní politiky států, Exportní strategie České republiky pro období 2012-2020 a státní podpora vývozu. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyze and evaluate the export strategy of the company Constellium Extrusions Děčín, s. r. o. The first part includes forms of entry into foreign markets, trade policy of the states, export strategy of the Czech Republic for the period 2012-2020 and state support of export.
