Effectiveness of financial management of company
Abstract:
Finanční řízení je nejdůležitější činností při řízení firmy. Cílem diplomové práce je zhodnocení a analýza současného finančního řízení a určení slabých a silných míst řízení. Metodami finanční analýzy a nástrojů controllingu budou identifikovány problémové oblasti a navrženy možnosti jejich odstranění.
Abstract:
The financial management is the most important activity in the management of the company. The aim of this thesis is evaluation and analysis of the current financial management and identifying strengths and weaknesses of the management. Critical areas will be identified by methods of financial analysis and instruments of controlling and options of their elimination will be suggested.
