Abstrakt slovensky: Práca pojednáva o vývoji módy v období pred druhou svetovou voj-nou do prvej polovice päťdesiatych rokov na území Československa. Abstract:
The work analyzes the evolution of fashion in time period before the second world war to first half of the fifties within Checkoslovakia. In my work I focus on social and political changes along with fashion. Communism in Checkoslovakia, the need to destroy the following of pre-war period and connection with the West or finding the inspiration in folk clothing, I research all that in my work.
