Abstract:
Cílem této diplomové práce je provést korekci administrativních cen bytů v brněnských městských částech Bystrc a Vinohrady tak, aby se blížily cenám tržním. Nejprve jsou objasněna teoretická východiska nemovitostí a trhu nemovitostí. Dále je popsán sběr dat o tržních cenách bytů, navržen modelový byt a dány vzorce pro výpočet administrativní ceny. The aim of this thesis is to make a correction of administrative prices of flats in Brno´s districts Bystrc and Vinohrady to make them closer to market prices.
