Abstract:

Bakalárska príca s názvom "Čaje v českej gastronómii" nám podáva prehľad o čajovej ponuke, servise v hoteloch a reštauráciách a postojoch zákazníkov reštaurácií k čajovej ponuke a servise v nich. Teoretická časť práce je venovaná analýze teoretického povedomia o čajoch. Primárne zdroje sa zbrierali z rozhovorov a dvoch prieskumov. V analytickej časti sú zostavené dva dotazníky. Prvý sa zameriava na postoje zákazníkov reštaurácií k ponuke čaju a poskytoveným služieb a druhá časť sa zameriava na ponuku čajov a služieb v hoteloch a reštauráciách. Výsledok ukazuje aké čaje sa ponúkajú, aké sú poskytovené služby v spojení s čajmi a spokojnosť zákazníkov s nimi.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis entitled “Teas in Czech gastronomy” gives an overview of tea offers, service provided in hotels and restaurants, and attitudes of restaurant customers toward tea offer and service in them. The theoretical part of work is dedicated to the analysis of theoretical awareness about teas. Primary data were collected from interviews and two surveys. In the analytical part, two questionnaires are established. The first one is concentrated on restaurant customers attitudes on tea offer and service provided, and the second is focused on hotels and restaurants tea offer and service provided. The result shows what teas are offered, how service towards tea is provided in different categories, and if the customers are satisfied with it.
