Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu postojů zákazníků k obsluze v zařízeních rychlého stravování. Cílem práce je analyzovat postoje a názory zákazníků restaurací rychlého občerstvení a zjistit klíčové momenty, které ovlivňují spokojenost zákazníků s obsluhou v těchto zařízeních. The bachelor focuses on the analysis of customers' attitudes towards services in fast food restaurants. The objective is to analyze the attitude and opinions of fast food restaurants' customers and to determine key moments that influence the satisfaction of customers with services in these facilities.
