Shaft balancing

Abstract:

V diplomové práci je uveden přehled způsobů vyvažování hřídelů a rotorů točivých strojů. Jsou popsány metody statického a dynamického vyvažování, typy zařízení pro vyvažování a způsoby vyrovnání nevyvážených hmot. Detailněji je popsáno vyvažování klikového hřídele, který vychází z konstrukčního návrhu dvouválcového dvoudobého motoru. Další část práce je zaměřena na dvoudobé motory a klikový mechanismus. Zde je uveden princip funkce dvoudobých motorů, jejich využití a porovnání s motory čtyřdobými. Tato část práce je doplněna o průběhy kinematických veličin z návrhu klikového mechanismu dvoudobého motoru, průběhy tlaku ve válcích a průběhy sil a momentů od tlaku plynů. Praktickou částí práce je reálné vyvažování klikového hřídele na vyvažovacím zařízení Schenck. Byla vytvořena metodika vyvažování a způsob vyrovnávání nevyvážených hmot. V závěru jsou shrnuty výsledky vyvažování, jejich grafické vyhodnocení a je provedena diskuse vhodnosti zvoleného postupu vyvažování a dosažených výsledků.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis provides an overview of ways of balancing shafts and rotors of rotating machines. Methods of static and dynamic balancing, types of balancing devices are described and ways of compensating for unbalanced masses. The crankshaft balancing, which is based on the design of a two-cylinder two-stroke engine, is described in more detail. The next part of the work is focused on two-stroke engines and crank mechanism. Here is the principle of operation of two-stroke engines, their use and comparison with four-stroke engines. This part of the work is supplemented by the courses of kinematic quantities from the design of the crank mechanism of a two-stroke engine, the courses of pressure in the cylinders and the courses of forces and moments from the gas pressure. The practical part of the work is the real balancing of the crankshaft on the balancing device Schenck. The method of balancing and the method of balancing unbalanced masses were created. In the end, the results of balancing, their graphical evaluation are summarized and a discussion of the suitability of the chosen balancing procedure and the achieved results is made.
