Abstract:

Předložená diplomová práce se zabývá pracovní motivací a zaměstnaneckými benefity ve vybrané organizaci. Cílem této práce je evaluace systému zaměstnaneckých benefitů vybrané organizace. V teoretické části je uvedena charakteristika teorií motivace zaměstnanců a popis zaměstnaneckých benefitů. Druhá část je věnována empirickému výzkumu, ve kterém je použita metoda dotazníkového šetření. Předmětem této části je zjistit, zda je motivační systém v organizaci dobře nastaven a naplňuje stanovené cíle. V závěru práce jsou zhodnoceny výsledky empirického výzkumu a navržena doporučení pro zlepšení.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with work motivation and employee benefits in a selected organization. The aim of this work is to evaluate the system of employee benefits of the selected organization. In the theoretical part, there is a description of employee motivation theories and a description of employee benefits. The second part is devoted to empirical research using the questionnaire method. The subject of this part is to find out whether the motivation system in the organization is well set and fulfills the set goals. In conclusion, the results of empirical research are evaluated and recommendations for improvement are suggested.
