Parkinsonova choroba je druhé nejčastější neurodegenerativní onemocnění na světě, které je provázeno vážnými motorickými a non-motorickými symptomy. Parkinson’s disease with severe motor and non-motor symptoms is the second most common neurodegenerative disease in the world. Up to date there is no cure for the disease or a treatment to stop its progress. The current treatment is focused on alleviating motor symptoms, but it can cause adverse effects and worsen the symptoms.
