Abstract:

Cílem magisterské diplomové práce s názvem Aplikace metody MBO na zaměstnance centra sdílených služeb u nadnárodní společnosti a její vliv na výkon týmu je zjistit, jakým způsobem ovlivnila metoda MBO výkon zaměstnanců a tím celého týmu ve sdíleném centru u nadnárodní společnosti. Autora práce zajímá především vliv této metody na zaměstnance, zvýšení, popř. snížení jeho výkonu a v neposlední řadě také aspekty, které aplikaci této metody mohou ovlivnit. V teoretické části je obecně definován pojem organizace a organizační chování, management a jeho techniky, funkce a systémy. Dále je zde podrobněji popsána metoda MBO, její stádia, varianty apod. Za výzkumnou strategii byla zvolena smíšená výzkumná strategie a byly použity následující metody: polostandardizovaný rozhovor, studium a analýza dokumentů a dotazníkové šetření. Na základě výzkumu bylo zjištěno, že výkon zaměstnanců touto metodou ovlivněn byl (zvýšil se), avšak existuje ještě řada nedostatků, která brání ještě efektivnějšímu působení této metody.

Abstract:

The aim of this thesis named The application of the MBO method on employees of the shared services center by multinationals company and its impact on the job performance of the team is to determine how the MBO method influenced employee performance and therefore the performance of whole team in shared services center by multinational company. The author of this thesis is interested in impact of using the MBO method on employees. Increasing or decreasing of employees performance and the other aspects affected by using of the MBO method. In theoretical part is generally defined the concept of organisation and organizational behaviour, management and its techniques, functions and systems. Furthermore is here in detail described method of MBO, its stages, variants etc. In this thesis has been used mixed research theory and these methods: half-standardized conversation, study and analysis of documents and questioning. The research bring out that this MBO method has got an impact on the job performance of the employees and the team. On the other hand there were found lots of inadequacies with the MBO method that prevent using of more effective operation of the MBO method.
