This diploma thesis focuses on the study of the effect of silver nanoparticles on the model organism Danio rerio using matrix assisted laser desorption ionization mass spectrometry imaging (MALDI MSI). The practical part is based on an exposure test, which provided information about the spatial distribution of biomolecules in the cryosections of a model organism.
