Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na využití testu aktivace bazofilních granulocytů v rámci specifické alergenové imunoterapie. Teoretická část shrnuje charakteristiku bazofilů, alergické reakce, diagnostiku a terapii alergických onemocnění. V praktické části byl využit test aktivace bazofilů za pomoci průtokové cytometrie ke zhodnocení senzitivity pacientů v průběhu specifické imunoterapie. Srovnáním výsledků …more
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis is focused on employing basophil activation test in the context of specific allergen immunotherapy. Theoretical part summarizes basophil characteristics, allergic reactions, diagnostics and therapy of allergic diseases and disorders. In practical part, flow cytometric basophil activation test was used to evaluate sensitivity of patients in the course of specific immunotherapy. …more
